Shaunelle Gowen

A graduate of the Music Business Program at Hollywood’s Musicians Institute, Shaunelle joins the Scoop team with not only a passion and love for music, but with firm knowledge of how the music industry operates. Prior to her employment at Scoop Marketing, Shaunelle spent a solid three years working as a publicist at a respected boutique music PR firm, LaFamos PR. She had been brought on as an intern, while still in school, and worked her way through the ranks as a publicity coordinator before becoming a publicist. At LaFamos, Shaunelle solidified relationships with music media while working campaigns for not only the up-and-comers, but Grammy and Tony Award-winners as well. Additionally, her experience includes event planning, gained while working as a production assistant for small and large scale events in the Los Angeles area, including the LA Food and Wine Festivals.

Since joining Scoop Marketing in 2012, Shaunelle has applied her writing and PR skills to serve Scoop clients including Hangout Music Festival, Steely Dan, blink-182, REO Speedwagon, Fathom Events, The Saban Theatre and more.
